The subject of our work was a modernist tenement house from before World War I – Dom Towarowy Braci Jabłkowskich. We performed a scan of the entire building and on the basis of such a point cloud – developed a BIM model. We also carried out verification of the scanning data with the existing 2D documentation in terms of correctness and timeliness of the information contained therein.
